Peppermint Park welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, tents and trailer tents. With the exception of their new Seasonal Pitches, all of our individually marked pitches are on grass and most are level on either elevated terraces, or along tree lined avenues.
Awnings and gazebos are permitted but are limited to one (either an awning OR a gazebo) per pitch and to a maximum size of 2.5m wide. Each pitch allows for one car to be parked on the pitch and additional car parking is available in the main car park at Reception. Tents can be accommodated on both electric and non-electric pitches and, in the High Season, camping pitches are also available in the Casual Fields without the need to pre-book, but these are let on a first-come-first-served.
NEW FOR 2006 - Seasonal Touring Pitches The park has introduced 12 seasonal touring pitches for the 2006 season…all are located in a quiet area of Park View and provide excellent hard standings for your touring caravan, awning and car and also have a grassed area on each pitch as well.
These new pitches will all have new 20amp / 240v electric hook-ups and are available from early April through to the last weekend in October. The cost for the 2006 season is £1,800 inc. VAT and this includes up to four people at any one time. Please call us for full details and availability.
Wherever you are on the Park, and whatever type of accommodation you are staying in, then you will never be far from Peppermint’s excellent facilities. A lazy day of swimming and sunbathing at the pool…an afternoon of fishing at Peppermint Water…or just lying back and watching the World go by…the choice is all yours!
Peppermint Park's excellent facilities are as you would expect at a 4* holiday park and are available to all our guests.
Swim and Sunbathe Our outdoor heated swimming pool, children’s pool and giant water flume open from late May through ‘til early September. Coarse Fishing Peppermint Water is a small, quiet coarse fishing pond. It is a peaceful area with wildflowers, grassy banks and sunny fishing platforms. Surrounded by mature trees and bushes, it is well stocked with carp, trench and bream. An ideal angler’s retreat, both daily and weekly tickets are available. Please note that children under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied by an adult when at Peppermint Water. Peppermint Club Most nights, during the main holiday seasons, our entertainment team provides great family entertainment in the Peppermint Club. All are welcome and there is always a wide variety of drinks, bar snacks and evening meals to be enjoyed. Young and old alike – everyone joins in the fun!
Camelot Children’s Club Our children’s club is open most evenings during the High Season, offering organised fun and games for children of all ages. Children are free to come and go as they please, but a parent must supervise those less than 5 years old.
